| In recent years,due to the high speed development of economy,the people material life level rise,led to the current resource consumption too fast,at the same time,people didn’t form the height of the saving and environmental protection consciousness,so the current ecological environment quality decline rapidly.Especially in the use of water resources,water resources belong to the human life and production of essential resources.And random due to overuse and waste water discharge,has caused serious water pollution problems.In some countries and organizations in China even all over the world can make relevant policy,or to take similar steps to solve the environmental pollution,ecological balance problem,restricting the indiscriminate discharge,just ignore the economic benefits of environmental protection.Especially for the protection of water resources,the status is particularly important.Water resources is the human survival and development of strategic resources.At present water pollution is mainly due to the life the indiscriminate discharge of sewage and industrial rosewater.Especially in industrial rosewater,its composition is complicated,the pollutant is various,if not in strict accordance with the regulations for waste water treatment and direct emissions,on the surrounding underground water,wetland pollution,etc.In recent years,formulate the relevant policies of the state council,to restrict the emissions of industrial waste water.If you can’t meet related standards,relevant enterprises and factories will face the risk of shutting down.In such a policy background and social background,the xibaipo power plant rosewater renovation project,in order to achieve the safety of the rosewater discharge cleaning,do not pollute the surrounding water as far as possible to achieve.Based on the above study,this article first the reconstruction project of xibaipo power plant are described,in order to provide the foundation for later evaluation.Mainly introduces the scheme of the project,including circulating water sewage treatment system retrofit scheme,acid and alkali rosewater reuse retrofit scheme,high salt waste water processing system retrofit scheme and reducing industrial rosewater treatment system.Then on the basis of reading a large number of relevant evaluation paper,choose suitable for the project evaluation method,and the combination evaluation method,select indicators,first from the perspective of social,environmental and economic selection of different indicators,in analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analysis the indicators weight calculation.Finally the method of using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the renovation project.Finally draw the conclusion.The project conforms to the national technology policy and industrial development planning,power plant can obtain good social benefit and environmental benefit,have important realistic meaning and reference value. |
