Post-evaluation Research Of Environmental Project And Monitoring Project In Tarim Oilfield

With the national environmental protection-related legislation continues to improve, the company's own environmental management awareness continues to increase. In view of the current lack of environmental management information construction in Tarim Oilfield, it is necessary to build the information management system for enterprises to meet the actual situation of enterprises in order to enhance the management of environmental supervision.Through the post-evaluation of the project can determine whether the project implementation effect is satisfying, whether the process of decision-making is scientific, whether the economic benefits of the project meet the investment expectations and whether the project has the capability of sustainable development.This paper studies the post - evaluation of environmental protection mobile monitoring project in Tarim Oilfield. Firstly, this paper reviews the current situation and common methods of post-evaluation research. And then investigates the overall situation and implementation status of this project.Based on the characteristics of the project, this paper constructs three layers index system. Finally, this paper uses the method of AHP - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the environmental protection mobile monitoring project in Tarim Oilfield.In this paper, we use the hierarchical analysis - fuzzy evaluation method to convert the qualitative index into quantitative evaluation, which is easy to give the intuitive evaluation conclusion, and has good application value.Through the post-evaluation study in this paper, it is found that the Tarim Oilfield Environmental Protection Monitoring Project is a very successful example of environmental monitoring information construction. The successful experience of the project can be used for other similar projects to improve the overall project management level.
