This thesis takes two Guizhou phosphorite Mine rock as engineering background,through the investigation and Analysis on the multiple phosphorus mine ventilation system for mine ventilation system stability problems of the existing ventilation ventilation resistance,large power capacity,and large deviation and difference,the fan efficiency,based on large amounts of data collection and collation of data,the 3D simulation of mine ventilation 3D VS simulation,draw relevant indexes that influence the stability of mine ventilation system.Based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a fuzzy evaluation model of ventilation system is established.On this basis,the paper gives the concrete technical measures and suggestions for ventilation optimization in mine engineering.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the mine ventilation network,shaft position,wind direction,wind machine installation,operation quality and quantity of wind measurement,the phosphorus mine ventilation status;application of the ventilation conditions of the underground mine ventilation simulation 3DVS three-dimensional simulation software,the simulation results are basically consistent with the measured results provide reliability for underground.Technical measures for the next step optimization.(2)In this paper,the investigation and analysis of the ventilation system of several phosphorus mines.Based on the ventilation characteristics of metal mine ventilation system,further analysis of phosphorus mine in fan and ventilation network does not match the local air volume adjustment difficulties,air resistance and other common problems,the optimization of ventilation system of phosphorus mine targeted.(3)The fuzzy mathematics method and hierarchical analysis method based on the theory of the establishment of a scientific evaluation index system of optimization of ventilation system,and determine the weight of each index,establishes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation judgment matrix;through technical and economic optimization measures proposed for comparative analysis,determined the optimal alternatives using fuzzy mathematics the evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation of alternatives,determine the optimal implementation measures.(4)Technical measures of ventilation effect of the final optimization arecompared and analyzed,the technical measures of the phosphate a preferred and effective solution of 1020 m and 1035 m in the deep into the wind,the air curtain can be added and mobile position,with the operation flexibility of the phosphate change point;two preferred technical measures to solve the problem of ventilation panel.The stratified air adjusting effect is good.The results show that the air curtain can effectively solve the problems such as large ventilation resistance and difficulty in adjusting the local air volume.
