| Mine ventilation system is an important component of the whole mine production system, is also the important factor to ensure the normal operation of the mine. With the continual mine exploitation, its production layout will be migration and change, then cause the ventilation system state changes and furthermore affect the mine production. Therefore, we should optimize the ventilation system transformation work regularly in order to guarantee the ventilation system perfect and reasonable. This paper discussion and research the optimization of mine ventilation system, which provides scientific guidance for the mine ventilation system optimization.First of all, the paper mainly introduced the theory and method of mine ventilation system optimization on the basis of relevant research data at home and abroad. Fuzzy multiple attribute-TOPSIS method optimization scheme of ventilation system of the evaluation of the mathematical model and algorithm steps are given, which is combined with the characteristics of fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making theory. Secondly, we selected fourteen ventilation system evaluation indexes from five aspects according to the ventilation system safety, economic rationality and technical feasibility requirement. Finally, we gives standardization process based on fuzzy TOPSIS method and lists three kinds of calculation method of fuzzy weight in view of the fuzzy number and fuzzy linguistic indicators of fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problem.This paper takes the optimization of ventilation system in mine as an example for analysis and application study. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and comparison on the system optimization scheme of mine ventilation, we had chosen the part from the ventilation system optimization evaluation index as the judging indexes, which combined with the actual situation of the mine. We analyzed and calculated the initial value of each judging index, then obtained the relative importance by compare them. Fuzzy decision-making index and fuzzy weight value were determined through the processing, fuzzy complementary pair empowerment comparative analysis method is more consistent with the intention of decision makers. According to the algorithm steps of fuzzy multiple attribute-TOPSIS, we respectively calculated the distance of options and positive and negative ideal point scheme, finally determining the scheme two as the optimal scheme.This article researched on optimization of mine ventilation system, established a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of the ventilation system optimization, and determined the fuzzy weight value of the index. Meanwhile, it makes a reference for the ventilation system optimization work. In addition, the mine ventilation system was selected that could meet the demand of mine production, which by the application of fuzzy multiple attribute-TOPSIS method. This method also provides a new idea for the project optimization of mine ventilation system. |
