| The degree of development of fractured rock mass is one of the key factors affecting the mechanical properties of rock mass,the comprehensive evaluation is an important prerequisite and basis for the design of mining rock mass quality,optimization,grasp the geometric characters of rock joints,the accurate measurement and evaluation of rock stability is very important.The application of self MATLAB image processing program and 3D modeling software,through field investigation,laboratory test,and combined with RMR rock mass classification theory,three-dimensional visualization of rock mass in the region,to provide reference for mining design optimization.This paper uses digital photogrammetry,combined with the traditional joint way of collecting information and image processing technology,identification,quantification and extraction of the key characteristic parameters of fractured rock mass,rock parameters are the key to quality evaluation and grade partition.Among them,the image processing technology mainly includes four main processes: image processing,denoising,segmentation and morphological processing.In this paper,the entity and block model of the middle section of Sh-455 m is established.Display on fractured geological survey results: Sh-455 m evaluation of small middle fracture model in the region and the inter layer structure development,for the shearing and compression structure of rock mass,the dominant joint sets for NE or NW tendency,the fracture surface of straight closed,generally larger angle(mean 60°),will result in one step the goaf under the condition of mining field on the north side of column for more serious than the south,which is consistent with the scene.Therefore,in the production process should pay more attention to the safety of the north side of the column.The regional rock RMR parameter value,carry out the mine 3D visualization evaluation of rock mass quality and grade partition,and to draw the regional lithology of three-dimensional quality zoning map,can be used as a reference for the optimization of mining design.The study shows that the three-dimensional visualization of rock mass quality using image processing technology and mine 3D modeling software is a quick and accurate method to help fully understand the regional geological situation and guide the mine production.At the same time,the classification of rock mass is a rapid,scientific and new research methods. |
