Ferroelectric materials:a special kind of phase change materials,which belongs to the category of dielectric material.Ferroelectric materials are able to produce spontaneous polarization which can flip under external electric field.Ferroelectric has very excellent performance,it continues to attract much attention due to their acoustic-thermodynamics-electrical-optical-magnetic-mechanics,and play an very important role in the national defense,detection,communications and other aspects.But,the research on ferroelectric materials before was more related to the Inorganic-Ferroelectric materials,while in the process of production,it needs high temperature calcination,not only large energy waste but also serious environmental pollution.Meanwhile,because of its defects of crispy and stiff,hard to be thin film and only have single function,it will be replaced by the new molecule-based-ferroelectric materials.A lot of ferroelectrics can produce mutual transformation of paraelectric phase and ferroelectric phase,corresponding to the structural phase transition.There will be obvious dielectric and thermal properties of strange near the phase transition for most ferroelectric materials.In order to find a phase transition in ferroelectric materials,compound contains N was used as ligands because of compound contains N has a wide range of uses in the field of molecular materials.This paper has five parts: the first part introduce some related knowledge of crystal and electrical properties of crystal,and the research and development of ferroelectric materials in and abroad.The second part describes the main experimental apparatus and reagents and the synthesis methods of ligands.The third part introduce the synthesis,structure,and the fluorescence and dielectric properties of organic-inorganic hybrid complex.Part IV tells the preparation,structures and dielectric properties of six clock-pendulum-like tridentat complexes.conclusion,summarizes the results of this study are introduced in the last part.
