Organic-inorganic hybrid materials are widely used in light-emitting diodes,solar cells,signal processors and other fields due to their tunable structure,environmental friendliness,simple preparation,etc.On the one hand,organic-inorganic hybrid compounds have been the research focus of photoluminescent materials for a long time,on the other hand,great progress has been made in the dielectric properties of such compounds.The combination of luminescence and dielectric properties in organic-inorganic compounds may not only realize tunable luminescence properties,but also lead to potential applications in multifunctional optoelectronic devices such as integrated optical sensors.In this context,we designed and synthesized a series of organic-inorganic hybrid compounds with1-bromoethyl-1-methylpyrrolidine as the organic cation and metal halide and metal thiocyanide as the inorganic anion.Dielectric properties measurements,DSC,single crystal X-ray diffraction and other testing methods are used to analyze and study their structures and phase transition properties,etc.The thesis is divided into the following two aspects:In the first part,five hybrid compounds were synthesized with 1-bromoethyl-1-methylpyrrolidine as organic components and metal halide as inorganic parts,including[C7H15NBr]2[Cd Br4](compound 1),[C7H15NBr]2[Zn Br4](compound 2),[C7H15NBr]2[Mn Br4](compound 3),[C7H15NBr]2[Co Br4](compound 4)and[C7H15NBr][Pb Br3](compound 5).In the second part,three hybrid compounds were designed with 1-bromoethyl-1-methylpyrrolidine as organic cations and cadmium thiocyanate,cobalt thiocyanate and manganese thiocyanate as inorganic anions,including[C7H15NBr][Cd(SCN)3](compound 6),[C7H15NBr]2[Co(SCN)4](compound 7)and[C7H15NBr]4[Mn(SCN)6](compound 8).The results reveal that compounds 1-5 show great reversible phase transition properties,and the phase transition temperature is between 340K-360 K.Meanwhile,compound 1 exhibits blue-white emission under UV light.The fluorescence spectrum analysis confirms it has photoluminescence properties of blue-white emission,indicating its dual characteristics of phase transition and photoluminescence.The discovery will provide a new idea for designing and regulating multifunctional optoelectronic materials.
