Analysis On Evaluation Index System Of Applying All Sliming Cyanidation Method On Cleaner Refinery Of Gold

Gold is known as the king of metal as it is rare,special and precious.It is the basic metric of the world currency circulation.During the production of gold,all sliming cyanidation is the main technology of gold extractive metallurgy.Along with the rapid development of gold industry,extractive metallurgy of gold has brought serious problems to the environment,which cannot be overlooked.Cleaner production is a sustainable development strategy as it applies preventive thinking on production process,product and service.It aims at increasing the ecological efficiency of productivity and service,reducing risks on humankind and the environment.Cleaner production is a reflection of environmental protection change from end-of-pipe control to the preventive control of overall process.It is more in favor of creating a win-win situation on both economy and environment.Cleaner production has been applied to many domains,but it is still pretty new to extractive metallurgy of gold.This essay tries to apply cleaner production to gold extractive metallurgy.It focuses on all sliming cyanidation method-the main technology of gold extraction,refers to study results of cleaner production on relevant industry,establishes index system on all sliming cyanidation cleaner production,determines index reference,weights and evaluation methods.This essay takes a gold company as the testing company,undertakes evaluation on cleaner production and comes up with improvements suggestions.Results are as follows:(1)Established principle and evidence based on cleaner production index system.Through analysis on all sliming cyanidation gold extractive method and pollution creating process,established 5 categories,31 indexes'(including 19 quantitative indexes and 12 directional indexes)cleaner production evaluation index system on resource and energy consuming,resource utilization,contaminant creation,production technology feature and equipment,cleaner production management(2)Based on analytic hierarchy model,established cleaner production evaluation method;combining study on relevant data of all sliming cyanidation and expert consultation,determined reference value of evaluation index;by calculating of experts grades on importance using yaahp application,obtained weighted value of evaluation index.(3)By using established evaluation index system and method,carried out evaluation on cleaner production of a gold company from Shanxi province.Came up with improvement suggestions such as implying oxygen-rich leaching and resin adsorption technology instead of activated carbon adsorption,resource integrated utilization including tailings integrated utilization and increasing water circulation utilization,and pollution control.
