In the transport process, the multilayer stacking package often occur "slip" phenomenon due to the lower friction properties. The product packaging skid mainly rely on the winding film, strapping tape, which has a good effect on the regular shape packing box, but have low operating speed, can not be recycled etc. issues. In recent years, the non-slip paper has the advantage of non-slip, high efficiency and environmental protection, so developing functional anti slip paper has important engineering application value.In the subject, modified nano-CaCO3 and nano-SiO2 particles were selected as non-slip aggregates, waterborne polyurethane was selected as non-slip resin, glycerol was selected as plasticizer, non-slip coating and non-slip paper were prepared by melting-blend method. The experimental results are as follows:?1? Sodium stearate and silane coupling agent ?KH570? were used to modify nano-CaCO3 and nano-SiO2 particles. Measured and analyzed the grafting rate and lipophilicity of the modified nanoparticles, and observed the surface morphology of non-slip coating by optical microscope. The results showed that the grafting rate and lipophilicity of the modified nanoparticles were improved. Modified nanoparticles have good dispersibility in the waterborne polyurethane.?2? Modified nano-CaCO3 and nano-SiO2 particles were selected as non-slip aggregates,waterborne polyurethane as non-slip resin,glycerol as plasticizer to prepare the non-slip paper.And compared slip resistance and wear resistance of non-slip paper. The results showed that the friction coefficient of nano-CaCO3 non-slip paper was 0.835 under the optimum process condition, while the friction coefficient of nano-SiO2 non-slip paper was 0.640 under the optimum process condition. At the same time, the wear resistance of nano-SiO2 non-slip paper was better than that of nano-CaCO3 non-slip paper under the same pressure.?3? The nano-SiO2 and nano-CaCO3 were compounded to prepare complex non-slip paper. The results showed that when the mass ratio of nano-SiO2 and CaCO3 is 1:7, the complex non-slip paper has not only good slip resistance and wear resistance, but also low production cost.?4? By structural characterization and performance analysis of the above three kinds of non-slip paper, The results showed that the non-slip coating formed a layer of tight non-slip coating on the surface of paper. The prepared non-slip paper has better moisture resistance,mechanical properties, coating adhesion and abrasion resistance.
