| The Comprehensive Test Areas of Sanjiangyuan National Natural Reserve,which is the area of minority in Qinghai Province and the sensitive area of global climate change,is located in the southern area of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.The ecological environment is not only related to the harmonious development of the compatriots in the province,but also affected the country’s ecological environment and social sustainable development.Throughout the past few decades,Sanjiangyuan ecological environment gradually degraded,the land showed desertification situation,soil erosion and other issues continue to intensify.For the above situation,it is very important to study the ecological health evaluation and ecological compensation of Sanjiangyuan.The evaluation index system was founded to evaluate the ecological health level of the Comprehensive Test Areas of Sanjiangyuan National Natural Reserve by using the remote sensing image data,landscape data,meteorological data,social statistics and the current common ecological health assessment model(P-S-R model).The test area landscape value was calculated using CASA model,and the ecological co-mpensation standards was founded by analazing the level of ecological health on 22 administrative units.The results are as follows:(1)From 2010 to 2014,the ecological environment of the Comprehensive Test Areas of Sanjiangyuan National Natural Reserve maintained the initial health level,among which the overall ecological health level of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was declining,and most of the area shifted from sub-health level to unhealthy level.The overall ecological health level of Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture has been increasing,and the overall ecological health level of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture has been declining.The overall ecological health level of Yuluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture has been declining,and the overall ecological health level of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture has been declining.The ecological health level of Tanggula Township in Haixi Mongolian Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture has been significantly improved.(2)The ecological co-mpensation standards of the test area is 341.97 × 108 Yuan.Zhiduo County compensation standards is 66.57 × 108 Yuan at the highest value and the lowest value is Jianzha County compensation standards,and the specific data is 2.13× 108 Yuan.The ecological compensation scale is extended to the county level,the ecological compensation value of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is 45.01 × 108 Yuan,the compensation value of Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is 22.59 × 108 Yuan,the compensation value of Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is 74.45 × 108 Yuan,the compensation value of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is 173.4 × 108 Yuan,and the compensation value of Tanggula Township in Haixi Mongolian Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is 26.52 × 108 Yuan. |
