Magnesite is rich resources in China,and its reserves into exports were the highest in the world,is one of the advantages of mineral resources in China,because of fire resistance and high bonding special physical and chemical properties are widely used in metallurgy chemical industry building materials and purification of magnesium,and other fields,the metallurgical industry is magnesium consumption system is one of the most refractory industry,accounted for 70% of total refractory but as part of the high quality magnesite mine irregular mining,mining rich abandon poor phenomenon,damage and serious resource waste,the development and utilization of low-grade magnesite resource becomes crucial.In recent years a large number of scholars study low-grade magnesite were purified,flotation method as the most common method of magnesite ore dressing,flotation reagents research is more important Magnesite are two main types of impurities for silicate and carbonate,in view of the nature magnesite,the collecting agent and adjustment of research and development,and the addition of appropriate adjustment agent could better cooperate with more effective collector to separate the magnesite and gangue minerals,so as to achieve industrial equipment manual and reagent cost minimum.This topic in Haicheng magnesite stone nature,based on the investigation to the adjustment agent type and dosage of contrast,pure mineral ore flotation experiment research,the actual seek better magnesite in the purification process in ether amine and sodium oleate respectively two kinds of collector system is investigated under the p H adjusting agent and collector type and dosage of pure mineral magnesite Dolomite,quartz the flotability of influence,and according to the actual test results for magnesite ore experimental study.Test results show that five adjust the dose of sodium hexametaphosphate sodium silicate trisodium phosphate tannic acid and oxalic acid ammonium,sodium hexametaphosphate separate role in reverse flotation effect is good,and mixed use of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium silicate are flotation to the square root of the mineral separation.Finally confirmed by anti-flotation combined technological process,grinding fineness and content of 85%,-0.074 mm,reverse flotation p H=5.0,dosage of ether amine 150 g.t-1,used alone six metaphosphoric acid dosage 150 g.t-1,use a coarse two finishing process;Is flotation p H = 10.0,dosage of sodium oleate 250 g.t-1 sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium silicate mixture(200g.t-1,2000 g.t-1),the content of Mg O style available to concentrate 47.35%;Si O2 grade 0.12%,Ca O grade 0.6%,pure mineral rate of 74.66%.Reach this topic expected flotation effect.
