Study On Protective And Comfortable Properties Of Warp Knitted Spacer Fabric

The protective and comfortable properties of warp knitted spacer fabric were studied on the basis of thirteen different spacer fabrics on the basis of different organizational structure fabrics,which include ten fabrics for this thesis and three fabrics for previous studies,mainly study including the compression,energy absorption,moisture-penetrability and air permeability.And the structural factors that influenced the protective properties of spacer fabrics were analyzed.Firstly,the previous research had been summarized,which the surface structure and special space layer structure of spacer fabric was studied,because these had effect to the protection of spacer fabric and had decided to the compression and impact properties of spacer fabric.But due to having little samples,the previous research had limited to analyse the protection of spacer fabric.Therefore ten spacer fabrics were exploited for this paper.Secondly,the feasibility of the protective performance of the thirteen spacer fabrics were studied as protective fabric,and thirteen spacer fabrics were divided into four aspects,according to angle of filament in spacer,fineness of filament in spacer,thickness of spacer fabrics and surface structure of spacer fabrics,which factors have affect the protection of spacer fabric.At this stage for studying the protection and comfortableness of the spacer fabric,the same parameters were used for reducing others factors to affect the protection of spacer fabrics.The development of spacer fabrics were synthetically analyzed to study their protective and comfortable property.This paper is based on the experiment,and right materials for surface structure and spacer layer respectively were selected,and the structural parameters were studied and analyzed for the fabrics performance influencing factors,then reasonable design the fabric structure,after that,strictly accordance to the structure design parameters,in the actual production,for reducing the difference between theoretical and actual parameter.Thirdly,the shaped fabrics were tested and analyzed for protective and comfortable property of thirteen fabrics,which were studied the compression,impaction,breathability and absorption properties.They were devided into five groups,and got compression pressure-compression rate curve under 50kPa compression pressure and impact energy-load curve under three impact energy.The paper analysed the difference between the protective performance on the basis of Orign software,and study the reasons for different structural factors strictly,then using fuzzy mathematics to analyse the importance of the factors,which six fabrics were selected to analyse the combination property.Finally,on the basis of the paper,conclusions of the experiment had been summarize,and research the existing problems and defects of the topic the paper faced.
