Hot blast furnace is an important part of modern blast furnace.High temperature hot blast furnace is needed for cold air sent by hot blast stove heating blower is obtained,air temperature increase directly to the quality and efficiency of blast furnace iron impact.With the increasing of the effective volume of the blast furnace,the temperature,the stability,the continuity and the efficiency of the hot blast stove are put forward.The main aim of hot blast stove automatic control system to realize the reasonable and efficient mixing is through by blast furnace gas and combustion air combustion,improve the production efficiency of hot blast furnace.This paper mainly introduces the design and research of automatic control system of 3 hot air stoves in Vietnam a Steel Corp 1000m3 and supporting the blast furnace.The hot blast stove system adopts two firing to send the wind to the blast furnace.The use of S7-400 computer control system(SIEMENS)series of programmable logic controller(PLC)and ADVANTECH PC industrial control machine,industrial Ethernet bridge.The automatic control system is mainly based on STEP7(SIEMENS)programming software,complete the hardware configuration and parameter setting,communication configuration,programming,testing,documentation,and maintenance,driving operation and diagnosis function etc..In the PC monitoring using WINCC development tools(SIEMENS SC ADA)configuration software,including the monitor screen of hot blast stove,process screen,alarm screen,process parameter picture,parameters of historical trend and so on,to achieve the dynamic monitoring of the blast furnace system,historical trends and archiving,accident alarm,data report the production process control function.Provides a powerful system function and friendly user interface.The main work is as follows:(1)through consulting and reading a lot of references,the structure form,process flow,control method and goal of the hot blast stove have a deeper understanding and understanding.(2)the basic automatic control system of the hot blast stove based on SIEMENS STEP7 software is completed,which includes the automatic control of combustion and the automatic control of the air supply.Using the configuration software WINCC,the program of the host computer monitoring system is carried out.(3)the main analysis of the hot blast stove how to realize the automatic combustion control,and the fuzzy PID controller and traditional PID controller is compared.(4)to collect and read a large number of advanced artificial intelligence control methods and strategies,and in this a simple analysis.
