As the demand of new emission standard of nitrogen and other nutrients in organic matter became more and more strict,the treatment of sewage with low carbon and nitrogen radio was difficult in water treatment,the efficiency of denitrify was usually not so high as the C/N radio less than 5 in actual sewage.The shortage of carbon source affect the removal of nitrogen,which cause the effluent quality can not meet the national standard.(1)For the single anaerobic-aerobic biological contact oxidation process,the change of DO,HRT and reflux radio effecting the treatment efficiency has been researched,results show that the DO of 3±0.5 mg/L,HRT of 8.3h,reflux radio of 100% for the best operation condition,the average concentration of effluent COD,NH4+-N and TN was 23mg/L,3.9mg/L and 12.88 mg/L,the corresponding removal rate reached 81.61%,87.68% and 65.54%,respectively,meeting the discharge standard.(2)For the step-feeding anaerobic-aerobic biological contact oxidation process,the change of DO,HRT and reflux radio effecting the treatment efficiency has been researched,results showed that under optimal conditions(aeration quantity of anaerobic aerobic-anaerobic aerobic were 0.1m3/h,1 m3/h,0.1 m3/h,1 m3/h,respectively,HRT of 12.6h,the flow radio of 1:1,reflux radio of 75%),the average concentration of effluent COD,NH4+-N,TN was22.3mg/L,2.42mg/L,12.7 mg/L,respectively,meeting the discharge standard.(3)For phosphorus removal equipment of carbonized sludge as the adsorbent,studies show that the carbonized sludge water for pilot scale plant effluent has good adsorption effect,carbonized sludge used for phosphorus removal is feasible.When the radio of carbonized sludge to sewage over 1:100,the effluent concentration of phosphorus was less than 0.5 mg/L after adsorption for 2h,meeting the discharge standard.(4)The microorganism of anoxic zone and aerobic zone mainly existed in the form of biological membrane.The results of scanning electron microscopy show that microorganism grow well in anoxic zone and aerobic zone.on the different location of the device in the anoxic zone and aerobic zone biofilm by DGGE analysis.The species of microbial did not change much in the upper and the lower either in anoxic zone or aerobic zone,largedifferences still exit in microorganism species of anoxic zone to aerobic zone.The species of microbial changes little in external biological membrane and internal biological membrane.
