In the catalytic flue gas energy recovery system,the turbine entrance shut-off valve is the protective device of the turbine machine operation,which has very important function in the system.At present, almost all of the large catalytic device's turbine entrance shut-off valve adopt the imported three-eccentric butterfly valve products.Since 1990,although the domestic valve manufacturers and the related colleges and universities had made a lot of technology researches in three-eccentric butterfly valve,also made the three-eccentric butterfly valve apply to a lot of applications in all kinds of equipment. But it almost no products from domestic manufacturer to application in the field of the high temperature cut-off.The research of the high temperature shut-off butterfly valve in catalysis flue entrance is based on the localization of key project file's(Sinopec major office [2012] No.5)the turbine entrance shut-off butterfly valve technology research,which from the Major equipment localization Office of Sinopec. In order to satisfied Maoming Petrochemical 2?3 catalytic turbine entrance shut-off butterfly valve's technology using butterfly valve(DN1000,CL300) as the research object, research, design and trial in Maoming Petrochemical 2,3 catalytic unit to replace imported products.It has researched the catalytic turbine entrance shut-off butterfly valve's work environment characteristics in the entrance device stages, and about in high temperature environment and special control requirements, we put forward special requirements for the design of three-eccentric structure condition and make it feasible.Reasonable choose the main structural parameters of the valve and seal ring's design curve. Through establishing the finite element analysis model, and the heat of the valve, the thermal structure coupling analysis, to solve the problems under the condition of high temperature, the flexibility of the valve seal and action. The valve leakage rate accord with API 598 requirements.Through the analysis of the finite element method is applied to the flow field of the valve, Using ANSYS CFD analysis to calculate the Cv value of valve in full open position,so that the valve of the flow channel and high temperature flue gas flowing through the medium to match the volume, meet the valve flow capacity requirements.To verify the rationality of the design of the turbine entrance shut-off valve. Through the factory test and site conditions to verify the combination.Through the above theoretical analysis and calculation, the parameters have been developed to meet the high temperature shut-off butterfly valve of maoming Petrochemical 2,3 catalytic device.
