There are many hermetic manufacturing facilities in industrial production,these equipment may contain flammable liquids,such as the coating machine stored in toluene,butanone and other organic solvents at the bottom.Because the equipment is closed,it is hard to detect the fire in the initial stage of the fire inside the equipment.It is imminent of scientists to seek more s effective partial fire-fighting method,and more effective and targeted fire fighting for small confined space fire.At the present,numerical simulation of large space fire is the main field which home and abroad researcher pay attention to.But for precision or hermetic equipment such first fire factory,there are extremely few research on that.The damage caused by fire could be minimized if the fire was extinguished at the initial stage.As an innovative invention of fire fighting project,fire trace extinguishing system can blast in a certain temperature range and send fire signals,spray extinguishing media.Therefore,this paper mainly studied the simulation of fire in confined small space equipment,and combines the fire extinguishing system with the confined small space fire simulation.Based on the further understanding of the occurrence of small space fire and fire characteristics,use fire trace to extinguish fire at the beginning time.This paper is an important supplement to the numerical simulation of small space fire and the fire industry.First,this paper introduced the working principle,equipment composition and characteristic of fire trace extinguishing system,and uses different fire extinguishing methods and fire extinguishing agents for different protection objects.Fire detection tube fire extinguishing system is a point to the point of the whole submerged fire,so with reference to the general operation of heptafluoropropane flooding system design specifications,design and calculation of fire extinguishing system fire extinguishing agent dosage,Secondly,this paper uses the method of controlling variables to simulate the change of temperature field,flow field and carbon dioxide concentration under the influence of different exhaust gas under the condition of flammable liquid,toluene and adiabatic wall.The temperature field,the flow field and the concentration of carbon dioxide under the influence of different walltemperature in winter and summer were simulated under the condition of the flammable liquid being toluene and the same gas displacement.The temperature field,the flow field and the concentration of carbon dioxide under the influence of different wall temperature in winter and summer are simulated under the same displacement condition and the flammable liquid is acetone,and compared with the flammable liquid is toluene condition.The results of numerical simulation under different working conditions are compared and analyzed,and the fire situation of small space is summarized.The location where fire trace extinguishing system should probably be arranged,blasting time,the change of temperature,flow field and carbon dioxide concentration when spraying extinguishing agent are analyzed according to the temperature field and other circumstancesFinally,combined with the simulation results,the fastest to reach the fire tube burst temperature and the slowest to reach the fire tube blasting temperature variable conditions were analyzed.Arrange the fire trace tube inside the equipment according to actual condition and the one-dimensional temperature,two-dimensional temperature of different time,different location in different equipment region when fire happens.
