Mine hoist plays an important role in mine production,Linked to the key hub of mine work and downhole operations,responsible for the excavation equipment,operating conditions,spare equipment,coal,gangue,etc.to the underground and underground operations tasks,so it is in the whole of China's comprehensive mechanization of mining production occupies an important position.With the development of industrial intelligent manufacturing industry,the mining industry for the lift capacity requirements are also rising,the design of the hoisting machine gradually to the middle-the direction of large-scale development,resulting in the designer more difficult to manufacture and processing.Mainly reflected in the machine design economy and safety and reliability and smooth and efficient operation.From an efficient and economical perspective,In the design phase,the various types of parts of the hoisting machine system type,artificial sea election difficult,difficult to get the best combination of selection,resulting in poor economic,In the operation phase,the hoisting machine system running speed changeable,it is not easy to obtain the best match speed each time,causes the high efficiency.From the point of view of safety and reliability,The traditional design method of the hoist(cycle test method)due to the large number of institutional parameters,cumbersome calculation of some parts of the failure of the form of large deviation,will make the hopper in an unsafe range of operation.From the smooth operation point of view,Hoisting machine wire rope running by the impact of jitter,offset and other non-smooth operation.Therefore,to find a way to clarify the friction slip mechanism calculation method and optimize the hoist operating parameters means,will effectively improve the safety and stability characteristics of the hoist system.The development of a variety of models based on MATLAB programming to achieve a variety of models automatically optimize the selection of software,will be an effective means to solve the artificial sea election economy is poor.But also will be in the theoretical analysis and practical case is of great significance.Based on this,the multi-rope friction hoist is taken as the research object,and the method of multi-rope friction hoist optimization and the safety and stability of the operation are studied by using the wire rope bearing condition,running speed and main-auxiliary parameter calculation as the key factor.The Therefore,the main research work and achievements are summarized as follows:(1)Multi-rope friction hoist running safety and anti-skid characteristics are closely related to select the appropriate combination of wire rope and friction wheel angle,can significantly improve the anti-skid performance.However,the envelope angle calculation formula has been traditionally used by Euler method because of its nonlinear characteristics.The best circumference criterion is(0 ~ ?)radians,and its range is too large,which is not conducive to the best Wrap angle.Based on the analysis of the force distribution mechanism between the wire rope and the friction wheel,the force radian variable0?
