One of the main functions of the dynamic tension detection system for the multi-rope friction hoist wire rope is to detect the tension between the hoist wire ropes in real time,to ensure that the detection system alarms when the tension difference exceeds the specified range,the detection system alarms in time to avoid breaking ropes,crashing and other accidents.It effectively protects the safety of the staff and the security of country's property.At present,there are many defects in the dynamic tension detection systems in engineering application,such as low precision of signal acquisition,poor reliability of signal transmission,short battery standby time and so on.In the actual production process,the existence of these defects causes many large production accidents,seriously threating the staff's life and national property security.Therefore,we must carry out a new research on dynamic tension detection system.To deal with the defects of the ordinary dynamic tension detection system,this paper presents and designs a dynamic tension detecting system of hoist wire rope based on ZigBee wireless transmission,which adopts hydraulic weighing detection insteading of tension detection and makes the wire rope tension detection more safe and reliable.The new ZigBee wireless transmission mode and signal transmission strategy are combined to make the tension signal transmission more reliable and lower power consumption.Cloud technology is used to enable users implement remote monitoring.An independent power generation system is designed for the battery online charging and so on.An independent power generation system is designed for on-line charging of batteries.This paper synthetically uses the mechanical,hydraulic and electrical theory to research and analyze the dynamic tension detection system of hoist rope.According to the actual operating conditions of a multi-rope friction hoist in a mine,the dynamic analysis of the hoisting system is carried out,and the speed diagram of the hoisting system and the tension diagram of the steel wire rope are obtained.Based on the calculated maximum tension value,a new type of hydraulic load cell is designed as a signal acquisition device by using hydraulic theory,and the sealing device and sealing device and friction force of the sensor are analyzed by finite element software.The single-chip microcomputer is used to analyze the tension signal,processing,and the electrical software is used to draw the PCB board.The new ZigBee wireless transmission method is used to send and transmit the tension signal wirelessly.In the transmission process,the Standby mode is adopted to achieve the system's low power consumption function.In the data reception and processing,the received tension signal is processed,transmitted,and displayed by PLC.In terms of data presentation,it not only adopts the traditional upper computer display,but also uses the Internet and cloud technologies to enable users to perform remote monitoring on terminals such as computers and mobile phones to ensure the safe operation of the system.Finally,taking the actual working environment of the mine into account,a permanent magnet DC generator is used to design an independent power generation system to supply power to the entire detection system,which solved the problem of inconvenient charging of the battery by workers.
