| China is a big country of meat consumption,which accounts for 1/4 of global consumption.In order to be able to circulate in the market,such a large number of meat must rely on fresh storage refrigeration technology.In the past few decades,people deeply study the fresh and refrigeration technology,and the technology is relatively perfect.Frozen food needs to be thawed before processing consumption.Thaw food technology research in China started late.Using thawing technology to make thawing devices are very few,especially for the hotel catering industry thawing device is the scarce resources in the market.Hotel catering industry has a huge demand,so we must develop a thawing device with thawing speed,thawing excellent quality.In this paper,we fully understand and study the technology of food thawing.This design is based on practicality as the goal,we use far infrared thaw technology to thaw food,the control system is STM32F103VET6,the thawing process is controlled by collecting temperature,humidity,and weight information.This paper presents the overall structure scheme,the composition of each component,hardware design scheme and software design scheme.Finally,we designed the experimental prototype,the function of food quick thawing device was verified by experimental method,and summarize the thawing rule according to the experimental data.In this study,food rapid thawing and fresh-keeping device can quickly thaw food.After the food is thawed,the food should be kept fresh,and ensure the quality of food after thawing.The device structure is compact,simple operation,perfect function,cost-effective.It is very suitable for the Chinese market for small and medium-sized hotel and catering industry.In the future,it will certainly have a huge market prospects. |
