| As the "working machine" of equipment manufacturing industry,CNC machine tools are the key equipment to revitalize the national manufacturing industry and support the development of the national economy.However,the current reliability level of CNC machine tools is far behind international reliability level.Poor reliability of CNC machine tools has become the main factor and bottleneck to restrict the development of domestic CNC machine tools.In order to improve the reliability of CNC machine tools,machine tools industry and academic circle have conducted much relevant research,including reliability design,reliability modeling,reliability growth technique,reliability evaluation and reliability test,etc.In addition,these researches are mainly focus on product design stage and using stage.Therefore,the reliability research of products in manufacturing process is just around the corner.Based on the analysis and summary of the existing quality management methods and reliability management methods,this paper sets mechanical key components as research object.Combining with the actual production situation of enterprise and taking 5M1 E into consideration,this paper studies reliability management methods in CNC machine tools manufacturing process.And the main research content of this paper is as follows.First,this paper analyzes the main content of quality management and reliability management,as well as the relationship of them.And this paper researching the quality management methods and reliability management methods in manufacturing process.Second,this paper discusses the key nodes of reliability management in CNC machine tools manufacturing process from three aspects: selection of key components of CNC machine tools,extraction of key quality characteristics in manufacturing process and selection of key control nodes in manufacturing process,which lay the foundation for further research on reliability management methods.Third,based on 5M1 E analysis of manufacturing process,this paper proposes an improved PFMECA analysis method,which introduces the cost loss and time loss function to research the criticality of the manufacturing process.By using this improved PFMECA,key working procedure in key components manufacturing process could be found in this paper.Then,the paper uses PCI analysis to improve key working procedure.Finally,the reliability evaluation indexes and the control framework of quality and reliability management in manufacturing process are put forward.Above all,this paper effectively researches reliability management method of CNC machine tools’ key parts in manufacturing process.Forth,by using the RM method,this paper has researched the reliability management problems of FFZD4005 ball screw in its manufacturing process.At the end of this paper,the key manufacturing processes of FFZD4005 ball screw in A company are found,and some reasonable and effective improvement measures are took.And by evaluating the reliability of FFZD4005 type ball screw,this paper verified the effectiveness of the RM method. |
