The promotion of Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing can not be separated from CNC machine tools,and the key components as an important part directly affect the quality and reliability of CNC machine tools.Therefore,one of the most important ways to improve the quality and reliability of CNC machine tools is to increase the reliability of key components.At the same time,with the development of the times.Quality no longer only to the manifestation of a certain quality elements or features,it also includes its extension in time which is reliability.However in the production process of key component currently,there are many problems such as unitary quality control method,cannot be quickly updated with the market,can’t respond when out of control,can’t fundamentally solve certain special problems and so on.From the point of view of the manufacturing process,the research on quality and reliability control methods is of great significance for improving the quality of functional components and CNC machine tools.In this paper,start from the manufacturing process of key functional component of CNC machine tools and combined with the actual situation of the company,and build a model from the two aspects of quality management method and reliability analysis method,and optimize and combine existing methods.At last build a joint application framework of quality and reliability control methods for manufacturing process.The mainly researches are as follows:Firstly,based on the review of the relevant literature of quality management method and reliability analysis technology to find the shortcomings in the research,and clear the research route of this thesis.Secondly,the thesis introduce a Multi-Specification and Small-Batch process capability control method based on similarity elements as for Multi-Specification and Small-Batch Production.Combine with SPC,and build similar process set in order to control and judge the state for production process.Also the thesis introduce the Measurement Systems Analysis(MSA)which is combined with the proposed method.The proposed method improve the quality control method initially.The focus of the thesis is combining reliability analysis technology into quality management in manufacturing process.The thesis introduce a new fuzzy FMECA analytical method which utilize the fuzzy set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the entropy weight is used to determine the weight.And then as for the traditional FTA,the bottom event probability of occurrence is assigned by triangular fuzzy number to calculate the top event probability and importance degree.Finally,the thesis build a joint application framework of quality and reliability control methods combine in terms of the existing research.At last,the proposed model is validated utilizing the proposed method and the target product ball screw.The results show that the proposed method is correct and effective which provides a reference for enterprises to improve product quality.
