With the development of the global economy,the increasing demand for mineral resources have made a deeper and more extensive development of mineral resources become an important development strategy for each country.At present,China has matured in designing hoists which used in less than 800 meters.For ultra-deep mine that more than 1500 meters,there is no more mature research.Therefore,the research of ultra-deep mine hoisting equipment is an important strategic measure for deep resource development in China.This project is based on the national 973 project "the study of the law of deformation and parallel drive synchronization control of ultra-deep mine hoisting system "(project number: 2014CB049403).The purposes of the project is to reveal the shape of the rope groove arrangement form,transition of layers and circles as well as the mechanism and control method of the deformation detuning of the multi-point driving flexible lifting system.In this paper,the interaction between the wire rope and the rope groove is analyzed by using the elastic mechanics,material mechanics and contact mechanics.The contact characteristics of the wire rope in the rope groove are proved,and the design theory of rope groove parameters is put forward.The deformation of the drum is verified by the combination of finite element method and experimental method,and then the rationality of the design of the rope groove is determined indirectly.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:Aiming at the interaction between the drum and the wire rope of the ultra-deep mine,the mechanical model of the coupling deformation of the drum and the wire rope was established.The relationship between the tension,the radial deformation and the number of winding layers was analyzed,and put forward the relationship between tension,radial deformation and rope pitch of wire rope.Considering the decrease of tension and the radial deformation,the minimum and maximum values of the groove pitch are analyzed,and calculate the values of the groove diameter and the groove depth of each pitch diameter.Analyzing the contact between wire rope and rope groove,determine the contact force and jogging slip between wire rope and rope groove,and determine the influence of rope pitch on contact force and slip friction of wire rope.By analyzing the transition acceleration between the ropes,the influence of the pitch of the groove on the transition acceleration is obtained to be a criterion for selecting the pitch of the rope groove.Combining finite element method and experimental method,the radial deformation of the wire rope is used to indirectly verify the radial deformation of the wire rope so as to verify the rationality of the design of the rope groove.
