Trackless rubber tired vehicle with reliable explosion-proof,high transport efficiency,wide application range,flexible,high traction,strong adaptability,and good safety,which can increase the cfficicncy and reduce the input compared with the traditional transport system.Furthermore,trackless rubber tired vehicle with reliable explosion-proof now become the first choice due to the higher requirements of safety production.The overall structure,major components,hydraulic steering system and brake system of the trackless rubber tired vehicle was designed according to characteristics of the vehicles and request of the company.Then,the steering and braking system were simulated based on the AMEsim.which would provide the reference and basis for the WC05-1000A bidirectional explosion-proof vehicle.Firstly,the 3D model of overall and branch structure for bidirectional explosion-proof trackless rubber tired vehicle were estabilished using SolidWorks software based on the requirement of two-way trackless vehicles of WC05-1000A.,Then,the components in the hydraulic brake system and steering system were selected according to the parameters and working conditions.Secondly.Secondly,a suitable steering and braking system was designed according to the requirement of vehicle braking and steering characteristics at the coal mine,which including Steering,speed changing and braking.With the integration idea of machine and fluid,variable speed,explosion-proof,two-way driving of the system was realized.The reliable performance and low cost can be realized by using high quality hydraulic components.Additionally,the stability of the transmission conversion module can be ensured with the support of a two-way hydraulic control valve.Finally,the vehicle braking system and steering system were simulated and analyzed based on the AMEsim.The requirements of steering and braking are achieved by analysis.
