Rolling mill vibration is not only an important factor affecting the production of rolling mill,the running of the rolling mill,the quality of the product,but also may lead to the failure of the rolling mill.If serious the surface of the product will appear vibration pattern.In this paper,the vibration of the second mill of a 1580 hot rolling mill in a steel mill is studied.combined with SolidWorks software and ABAQUS finite element software,the 3D model and finite element simulation of 1580 four-roll hot rolling mill is established to discuss the self-excited vibration mechanism of rolling mill.Firstly,the natural frequency of the rolling mill system and the main vibration mode of the rolling mill system are calculated in the finite element.,the accuracy of the finite element modeling of the rolling mill system is verified by comparing the results of the field test,which provides the theory for the self-excited vibration mechanism simulation analysis in accordance with.The natural frequencies of the stationary and no stationary rolling mill are compared,which lays the foundation for the vibration response analysis of the two types of rolling mills.Secondly,according to the 1580 four roller static hot rolling machine,the dynamic model is established based on the finite element software.The finite element simulation is carried out by considering the offset between the work roll and backup roll and the gap between the bearing seat and the frame.The velocity field in the rolling deformation zone is simulated and the length of each zone in the rolling deformation zone is determined,the effects of different combinations of roller speed and friction coefficient on the length of each zone in the deformation zone and the relative velocity of the roll speed at the inlet / outlet are analyzed.The effects of different combinations of roll speed and coefficient of friction on the unit friction and friction power between rolls and rolls at different reduction rates are analyzed.The simulation results show that the reduction rate is the dominant effect on the self-excited vibration of the rolling mill system,but the self-excited vibration can also be controlled by changing the roll speed and friction coefficient.Finally,the vibration response of the 1580 four-high mill is analyzed,and the influence of different reductions on the vibration of the work roll is discussed.The vibration level of the working roll side,the middle end and the operation side is compared.The mechanism of the self-excited vibration of the rolling mill is studied by comparing the vibration level of the micro scale fixed rolling mill and the micro scale non stationary rolling mill.In summary,the influence of different process parameters on the length of each zone in the deformation zone of the rolling mill,the influence of the frictional power and the mechanism of the negative damping self-excited vibration in the front and back slip zones have a theoretical study of the vibration of the rolling mill and the actual rolling production Important theoretical significance and engineering application value...
