| With the development of society,intelligent production is becoming an inevitable trend.The five degree of freedom hybrid machine tool based on 2-UPS/2-UPR parallel mechanism,which has the advantages of high precision,fast response speed and large working space,has a good prospect of industrialization.Based on the wheel polishing process,and from the point of view of the practical application,the post processing system of 2-UPS/2-UPR hybrid machine tool is developed in this paper.This post processing system solves the programming problem of the complex curved surface of the hybrid machine tool,and improves the programming efficiency.Firstly,the kinematics model of the machine tool is established.And the kinematic analysis is done based on the model.The paper also introduces the method of describing the position and orientation of the cutter and moving platform.The forward and inverse solution of the hybrid mechanism is analyzed by using quasi Netown method and geometric method.And the vector analysis and derivation method is used to solve the Jacobian matrix of the hybrid mechanism.Secondly,the overall framework of the control system is designed and the connection scheme of main hardware circuit is determined.Author also analyzes the function of the hybrid motion control system,denfines the function of post processing system and analyzes the data flow of post processing system.Thirdly,analysis and research on the algorithm of hybrid machine tool post processing system is done.According to the characteristics of the serial parallel hybrid machine tool,the paper presents a post-processing algorithm for tool data transformation,tool path interpolation,tool length data calculation and interference detection.Forthly,the post processing system of 2-UPS/2-UPR hybrid machine tool is built by using the Visual Basic language.Firstly,based on the actual wheel parts,the CREO software is used to track the actual machining process and to generate tool location information.Then,process the tool location information by using the post processing software.Finally,simulate the post-processing results by using Solidworks 3D software in order to verify its correctness. |
