South America's Merry,Boscan and other heavy crude oil with high content of gum and asphaltene components,in the production of road petroleum asphalt has advantages,and low prices,especially the heavier Persian oil.In the application of these two kinds of crude oil mixture production of asphalt products,if we can improve the proportion of the most expensive Persian oil mixture,will greatly reduce the cost of raw materials,thereby improving economic efficiency.However,for Merry,Boscan and other heavy crude oil,the main problem is the high salt content,but also has the characteristics of high density,desalination of crude oil dehydration brings great difficulty.The high salt content of crude oil will cause the corrosion of equipment in the process.Therefore,it is the key to solve the problem of desalting and dewatering crude oil.Aiming at the characteristics of high density and high salt crude oil,the following methods are adopted in this paper.(1)Through the static and dynamic experiments in the laboratory,we have screened the high efficiency demulsifying agent,which has played an important role in the high performance and high salinity crude oil desalting.(2)Using a unique "one vertical two horizontal" electrical desaltinger combination process,improve the ability of electric desalting equipment for desalting and dewatering.(3)By optimizing the operating conditions of electric desalting,the efficient operation of electric desalting system is ensured.By adopting the above improvement measures,the desalting rate of high density and high salt crude oil can be more than 90%,and the water content of crude oil can be reduced to less than 0.1%.Achieved good results.The utility model solves the problem of desalting and dewatering of high density and high salt crude oil,improves the mixing ratio of heavy crude oil,reduces the cost of raw materials,and slows down the corrosion degree of the equipment and facilities,and saves the overhaul cost.If the results of this study are further promoted,it will provide a good reference for the desalting and dewatering of high density and high salinity crude oil in china.
