A Study On The Ecological Consumption In The Construction Of Socialist Ecological Civilization

Consumption throughout the whole life of human,with the human society’s development and economic progress,the way of consumption have changed.The ecological consumption is a new consumption concept,which is facing in such problems as environmental pollution,resource waste and ecological imbalance in the process of the human society development.The ecological consumption regarded human consumption as a part of the ecological system and accept that ecosystem will constraint human consumption to make sure the ecological system’s balance.Therefore,as a part of the ecological system,it is the necessity of historical progress that ecological consumption can promote the socialist ecological civilization construction.That is very important for the socialist ecological civilization construction.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part:ecological consumption and ecological civilization’s concepts and theories.Ecological consumption is the inevitable choice which is in line with China’s consumption trend,in line with the Marxist ecological outlook and historical requirements.It not only contribute to the comprehensive development of human beings and promote the harmonious development between man and nature,but also can promote continuous progress of society.The second part:the urgency of ecological civilization construction,and ecological consumption’s significance of ecological civilization construction.The construction of ecological civilization is the inevitable choice to achieve sustainable development,is the only way to build a harmonious society and the inevitable result of historical progress.So the construction of ecological civilization is imminent.The third part:the problems of ecological consumption in China and its causes.China’s consumption patterns have many problems,such as waste,pollution,unfair consumption and ignore the spiritual consumption and many other issues.The reasons for these problems are multifaceted.This paper focuses on the enterprise,government,system,media,consumer attitudes and other aspects to discuss.The fourth part:the main way to achieve ecological consumption.First of all,the part of enterprises:strengthen the enterprises’ awareness of production so that it can take the road of sustainable development,and establish the corporate responsibility’s supervision mechanism to safeguard the interests of consumers.The part of government:to establish the awareness of government consumption efficiency,strengthen the government supervision and management mechanism to ensure that the government ecological consumption demonstration role.In addition,the part of system regulations:to further improve the ecological legal system.Increase the legal system of ecological consumption and the intensity of law enforcement to constrain people’s consumer behavior,to ensure that consumer goods meet ecological requirements,fundamentally resist the waste of resources to waste the environment of consumer goods and people’s illegal consumption behavior,so as to promote ecological consumption development of.Again,the media parts:attention to the media to promote the concept of ecological consumption and the media’s correct role in guiding.Ecological consumption is not overnight,but slowly formed in the life,media public opinion should start from me,the concept of ecological consumption popularization,socialization,thus strengthening the ecological consumption of education,guidance and publicity important role.Finally,the concept of consumer consumption:attention to improve the quality of consumers,establish consumer’s responsibility concept,so that people can resist the waste,focus on their own consumption with correct ecological awareness.
