Fossil fuel combustion emissions of nitrogen increasing,the cause of the greenhouse effect,acid rain,ozone depletion and photochemical smog ecological damage gradually aroused people's concern,nitrogen oxides limits the measures and goals.The earliest begin from western countries,with China's demand for electricity,power plants around the large units in recent years,China has built,the haze caused by nitrogen oxides such as the environmental pollution caused by common in all parts of our country,along with the increasingly strict with the concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions,equipped with flue gas denitration device has become an inevitable choice in service of the coal fired power plants.Flue gas denitration technology at home and abroad this paper summarizes the development course of nitrogen oxides in the current commonly used control measures and application status are expounded.Introduces the denitration mainstream of selective catalytic reduction?SCR?and applied more selective catalytic reduction?SNCR method?,and joint SNCR/SCR denitration method.The reaction principle of SCR method,process flow,catalyst selection,focuses on the installation position of reactor and its advantages and disadvantages in detail.Combination and contrast the reconstruction at home and abroad,put forward the economizer inlet equipped with bypass flue,set the economizer water side bypass,economizer classification reform,improve the feed temperature under low load and other four.Finally after compared the advantages and disadvantages of four schemes choose the economizer.Denitration project put into operation after the experiment method of the parameters of the reactor,including the denitration efficiency,ammonia escape rate of SO2 / SO3,conversion and testing,the parameters and its performance is analyzed.The results show that the indicators can meet the performance requirements.Finally for the denitration project investment and benefits are analyzed,can come to the conclusion that the objective of the implementation of the NOx emission reduction effect of generating units reached the requirements of environmental protection departments,and received good social benefit and economic benefit.
