| Metallurgical Construction Project with large scale of investment,long construction period,construction materials and equipment supply total investment ratio,design and equipment supply cycle longer,obvious characteristics of long cycle cycle installation and construction,the project implementation process of uncertainty management risks in terms of quality,safety,schedule,cost etc..EPC project management model has the advantages of EPC management model in the construction of the project has been widely used.However,how to identify these risks and formulate corresponding countermeasures according to the types of risks and the probability of occurrence has become an important problem that can not be avoided in the EPC project management.On basis of research on characteristics of metallurgical construction projects and integrating it with the implementation process of metallurgical projects,this paper proposes the method of risk assessment of metallurgical construction projects and establishes a risk evaluation index system and evaluation model.Taking the steelmaking plant project of M Steel Corp as an example,a risk assessment index system is established,which includes 8 primary level indexes and 23 secondary level indexes.The probability distribution of the two indexes of the general contract project of M Steel Corp steelmaking plant is determined by expert investigation,and that of the primary level indexes is calculated by using the CIM parallel response model.Based on the weight calculation of each index by using AHP method,the project risks are assessed,the risk factors and the risk of higher probability which have important influence on the project are identifies,and risk prevention measures are put forward.On basis of calculation and analysis,to implement M the Steel Corp’s steel plantproject under the EPC general contracting model can meet the basic requirements of project construction,but the result of the risk analysis is "high";effective measures shall be taken for risk control.Among the risk factors,the risks of project schedule and cost are relatively high and therefore are the key factors of risk control and prevention. |
