Study On The Coupling Relationship And Coordinated Development Of Tourism Industry And Urban Ecological Civilization

Urumqi City,as a typical city in the arid region of northwest China,not only has unique natural and humanistic tourism resources,but also an important node city on the Silk Road economic belt of northwest China.It has become an irreplaceable tourist distribution center and transportation hub in Xinjiang.As a pillar industry,Urumqi tourism industry continues to develop at the same time,whether with the city's overall development concept and development direction to maintain coordination is worthy of everyone's thinking.The ecological civilization as a new concept of the development of tourism industry,concerned about the development of tourism industry and urban ecological civilization construction of the coordinated development,both in theory and in practice have important guidance.The construction of urban ecological civilization has led the development direction of tourism industry from the aspects of economy,society,culture and ecological environment,and the transformation of tourism industry has further promoted the construction of urban ecological civilization.There is an irreplaceable relationship between urban ecological civilization and tourism industry,which is interconnected,mutual influence and mutual promotion.In this paper,the two constitute a whole large system,through rigorous scientific methods empirical analysis of the relationship between the two feedback and coupling coordination relationship.The study included the following:(1)From the background of understanding the relationship between tourism industry and urban ecological civilization,this paper reviews the research on the related aspects of urban and tourism,ecological civilization and tourism at home and abroad,and finds out the theoretical basis and clarifies the key concepts,also evaluates the current tourism industry and urban ecological civilization construction in Urumqi.(2)According to the mechanism of the coupling and coordination between the tourism industry and the urban ecological civilization,This paper explores and analyzes its internal relations and interactions from four aspects: tourism and urban economy,tourism and urban society,tourism and urban culture and tourism and urban ecological environment.(3)On this basis,the paper uses the quantitative research method and the coupling theory,constructs the index system of the two systems and the coupling coordination model applicable to this study.Through the empirical analysis of the time series data from 2006 to 2015,For its tourism economy and urban ecological civilization optimization,regulation,sustainable development to provide aFinally,the study draws the following conclusions:(1)From the system point of view to look at the scientific issues of this study,Combined with the city of Urumqi ecological civilization,tourism industry,between the two to form a complex structure,the impact of many factors,the promotion and control of the various factors between the integrated system,and ultimately determine the existence of coupling between the two relationship.(2)The two system comprehensive development index u1 and u2 of Urumqi city tourism industry and urban ecological civilization from the low level of mild disorder steadily improved to primary coordination level.During the period of 2006-2015,the coupling coordination degree of tourism industry and urban ecological civilization in Urumqi showed an optimization trend,from which the initial mild imbalance gradually transformed,and showing the brink of imbalance,reluctantly coordinated,primary coordination of the gradual optimization of the trend of development,and ultimately achieve a better state.It shows that the interaction between the tourism industry and the urban ecological civilization of Urumqi is becoming more and more important,and the trend of coordinated development is becoming more and more obvious.(3)From the vertical and the overall point of view,the coupling coordination between the tourism industry and the urban ecological civilization of Urumqi is in the process of dynamic development,which is in the form of lagging behind the development of urban ecological civilization and the lag of tourism development.In this process of change,the leading role of tourism industry in the construction of urban ecological civilization and the promotion of urban ecological civilization to the development of tourism industry there is a certain degree of volatility.(4)combined with Urumqi as a typical city in the northwest arid region and the ecological environment is more fragile,social and cultural special and other specific practical situation.Considering its particularity,aiming at the empirical analysis results,This paper puts forward some suggestions and development countermeasures of tourism industry,urban economy,ecological environment and urban management in the sustainable and coordinated development of tourism industry and ecological civilization in Urumqi.
