Methanol is an important organic chemical raw materials,but also in today's coal chemical or chemical Cl the most important intermediate products in recent years,methanol emerging with the rapid development of downstream industries in our country,coal to olefins,methanol based aromatics,acetic acid,formaldehyde and coal oil,the ascendant,large scale and a single set of device has become the main direction of methanol synthesis by methanol synthesis.Strong exothermic limit,fixed tube plate due to the powerful pressure synthesis reaction temperature,easy control and other reasons it is difficult to meet the needs of large-scale production in subsequent coal chemical projects,radial flow synthesis tower has received widespread attention.This paper is on the kinetic parameters of methanol synthesis were set by using the kinetic equation of domestic C307 catalyst in 8Mpa,which is simulated and analyzed in Aspen Plus software middle producing 1 million 800 thousand tons of methanol synthesis unit.At the same time,simulation analysis of the MTO methanol distillation,and through the simulation of the operation parameters are optimized to obtain the best operating parameters in this paper.The methanol synthesis reactor is the inverse of radial flow reactor is increased,but there is no radial flow reactor model in Aspen Plus software,through the simulation that common plug flow reactor(tube)can not achieve the requirements of radial flow reactor,therefore based on plug flow reaction device was improved,which accords with the principle of radial flow so as to establish a new model in Aspen Plus,namely the radial flow reactor model.At the same time with an annual output of 200 thousand tons of methanol The small device was verified and compared to the original parameters of the new model,the result is feasible.The new model is applied to the device for the whole process of simulation,the simulation results and the results are consistent,so the new model established is feasible,and the simulation results the annual output of 1 million 800 thousand tons of boiler factory data.using the new model of methanol synthesis influence factors of temperature,pressure,catalyst activity,factors of inert gas content were analyzed and ultimately get the best operating parameters:245 degrees Celsius temperature,pressure 6.8Mpa,ratio of hydrogen to carbon 2.04,separation rate of 0.03(determines how much the inert gas content in the recycle gas),separator outlet temperature of 45 degrees Celsius.Using pinch technology,through the ASPEN ENERGY ANALYZER on MTO synthesis and methanol distillation process and heat integrated heat exchanger Finally,the heat exchanger network with the least energy consumption,the lowest economic cost and the least number of heat exchangers is determined,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and cost reduction...
