Prevention and control of gas explosion is to ensure the safety of coal production of the primary task.Gas explosion suppression is an important research direction in the field of coal mine safety research.The damage caused by the gas explosion is mainly manifested in the damage caused by high temperature,high pressure and shock wave.Therefore,it is helpful to study the change rule of the characteristic parameters of the new explosive material to suppress the methane explosion,which can provide a theoretical basis for further feasible explosion protection and explosion suppression measures.In this paper,carry out suppress the methane explosion experiment use dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one and heptafluoropropan in multi-functional spherical gas/dust explosion experimental device.By comparing the detonation effect of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one and heptafluoropropane on methane,limit of the explosion,pressure of the explosion,explosive triangular and explosive pressure decrease of methane were added to the dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one and heptafluoropropane.The dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one extinguishing agent was tested to inhibit the methane explosion th,e feasibility and find the influence of extinguishing agent to fldodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one methane explosion.Under the experimental conditions used in this paper,the explosion limit of pure methane is 5.75%?14.55%,and the optimum explosion concentration of pure methane is 10%.The research show that when the concentration of methane is constant,with the increase of the concentration of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one fire extinguishing agent,the maximum explosion pressure at each methane concentration,the maximum explosion rate of pressure rise is finally reduced and the maximum burst pressure time at each methane concentration is finally increased,indicating that dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one has a significant inhibitory effect on its explosion pressure,and the greater the concentration of methane is more inhibited In this paper,the inhibitory effect of methane was 10.0%,11.0%and 12.0%,respectively.By comparing the explosive limit and explode the triangle of the methane when add to dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one and heptafluoropropane,the research show that the explosion limit range and explosion risk of add to dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one was smallerr than add to heptafluoropropane,the critical limits of explosion respectively were(7.08%,5.90%),(10.3,5.40%)when add to dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one and heptafluoropropanes,at the same time,the critical oxygen concentration respectively were 18.27%,17.70%,indicating that at the same concentration of suppressor agent,the effect of the inerting the methane explosiont when add to dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one was more significantly than add to heptafluoropropane;Select the concentrations of methane respectively were 6.0%,7.0%,8.0%,9.5%and 11.0%,the research show that the maximum explosive pressure degree of declining respectively was 10.65%,11.49%,11.81%,14.89%,19.92%;7.54%,8.14%,9.27%,12.23%and 14.31%,when add to dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one and heptafluoropropane.indicating that at the same methane concentration,the explosion suppression effect was that adding the same concentration of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one to methane is more obvious than the addition of heptafluoropropane.In short,under the experimental conditions,the effect of adding dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one on the inhibition of methane explosion is obvious.At the same methane concentration,the addition of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one is more obvious than the addition of heptafluoropropane to the methane explosion.the concentration of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one desired effect is lower.Therefore,dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one extinguishing agent is a good methane-air suppression medium,can be used as a gas suppression agent for follow-up development and application.
