In the process of ore dressing,the grinding of ball mill is the key link in the process of mineral processing.At present,most of the mineral processing process has not realized the automatic control and information of the mill load,and the mill production can not be improved to the greatest extent.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a system which combines the automation and information of the medium and small sized concentrator.Grinding automation is realized by designing special mill control instrument so that the project has the characteristics of the product.The control system of grinding machine adopts ARM single chip microcomputer,which has the functions of measuring and controlling the material,water,mill sound and mill current.The use of high-level language can be used to achieve the characteristics of complex algorithms to make products more intelligent.As the mill load in grinding process has the characteristics of nonlinearity,large delay and time variation,the paper introduces the method of combining the linearization of the mill characteristics and the expert control to obtain the ideal control effect.Research on system integration technology of grinding automation and informatization,introduces the automation and information of the data communication protocol,data structure and Realization of C# client software design,module design and implementation technology report energy cost and benefit analysis module design.The experiment model is established,and the simulation of the system is carried out.The results showd that the software has realized the purpose of automation and information,and the control effect is good.The idea of engineering product,product intelligence and system network is realized,and the information technology idea of intelligent manufacturing is realized.
