Jack-up offshore platform is an important equipment for offshore oil development,security and reliability of its work directly restricts the ability of offshore oil exploration.Therefore,to study jack-up offshore platform lift system has great significance.In this paper,the control objects are the drive motors of jack-up offshore platforms lifting device,researching self-elevating offshore platform lifting device control theory and methods,using programmable controllers to designe overall control scheme for our jack-up offshore platform jacking system;proposing suitable multi-motor synchronous control strategy for platform lifting device,using MATLAB to carry on the simulation research of multi-motor synchronization control,it was based on programmable controllers to build a platform jacking system synchronization control test platform.It analyse platform jacking system's balance control requirements,using deviation coupling synchronous control mode according to the single leg motors of the platform and taking speed-position deviation coupling control mode based on the three main motors of the platform.We took use of MATLAB to carry on the simulation research of the platform leg-motors' s synchronous control.It was base on S7-300 PLC to set up the experiment platform of platform jacking system synchronous control,designing and achieving the speed-position deviation coupling control of the platform leg-motors.The speed and position of motors is monitored by WINCC configuration.Base on WINCC,we designed self-elevating offshore platform jacking system monitoring system,achieving the PROFIBUS-DP communication between S7-300 PLC and inverter S120 and industrial ethernet communication between PC and S7-300 PLC,monitoring the platform height,gear load and balancing inclination in the process of the lifting platform and giving the fault alarm signals.
