Study On Ecological Environment Evaluation Of Tianjin Based On 3S Technology

Ecological environment is the material basis of human survival and development and good ecological environment for human existence and social development has provided the important guarantee.Tianjin is located in the haihe river basin,the shore of the bohai sea,is located in the economic dynamic Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban concentration zone,superior geographical environment provides good conditions for economic growth.At the same time,due to the low altitude,access to the sea,the regional landscape diversity,complex ecological system.As countries the implementation of the strategy of development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Tianjin again ushered in the rapid development of time,will also caused severe stress to the regional ecological environment.Coordinate economic,social and ecological environment in Tianjin area of the relationship between the sustainable developments of Tianjin has important strategic significance.Based on land use in 2004 and 2015,Tianjin and the environment such as statistical data as the foundation,refer to "technical specification for ecological environment evaluation(HJ 192-2015)in the evaluation index system of ecological environment,in combination with the practical situation of the study area,through ArcGIS software normalization coefficient of each index,make the ecological environment condition index results conform to the situation in the study area.The integrated use of remote sensing,global positioning system(GPS)and geographic information system of 3 s technology,finally won the Tianjin ecological environment evaluation results.In 2004 and 2015,Tianjin makes an analysis of the ecological environment index,summed up the ten years of Tianjin the change trend of the ecological environment situation and the existing problems.And make a brief analysis on causes of problems and put forward appropriate recommendations.Research conclusions are as follows:(1)In 2004 and 2015,Tianjin whole ecological environmental quality assessment for good grade,but present a downward trend,suggests research area,the vegetation coverage is higher,biodiversity is rich,is suitable for human life.Tianjin in the pursuit of social and economic development and urban construction process,should pay attention to the moderate development of city scale,improve the level of production,living waste recycling,and in the development of the region to strengthen the investment of environmental protection.(2)From 2004 to 2015,Tianjin district and the city ecological environment index space changes,2004 Baodi,Ninghe,Jinnan and static area ecological environment are better than other area,the ecological environment for optimum condition assessment,in addition to the central city level evaluation is a regular,other six district city evaluation level for good;By 2015 happens more obvious change,for the optimal ecological environment assessment area city only Jizhou and Baodi district city,while Ninghe,Jinnan reduced to a good ecological environment and static area level,in addition to the city center for the general evaluation grades,other area city Wuqing,Beichen,Dongli,Xiqing with five area in Binhai new area of ecological environment is still good grade,at the same time should note that each area the city ecological environment index value except Jizhou to a rise in the rest area of city index value is declining,the sharpest drop in Jinnan.(3)Compared with the traditional method,based on 3S technology and evaluate the ecological environment in the studied area,the information in the study area for more efficient and accurate but also shortening the period of the access to information,improve the effectiveness of the evaluation results.Using geographic information system to the expression of ecological environment in the study area,the result evaluation analysis is more intuitive,image.The technical basis is provided for governance regional ecological environment problems.In this paper,county administrative area for the evaluation scale,the results more realistic reflection of the ecological environment of the city district of Tianjin.Through comparison and analysis to obtain the parameter values of space-time,the influencing factors on the quality of the district of Tianjin city ecological environment,the results of the study on the regional ecological environment protection and governance has a certainly reference significance.
