Polyaniline has excellent physical and chemical properties,which has become a hot research field of conducting polymers.But its scope of application has been limited because of its difficult to dissolve,difficult to process,low conductivity and other shortcomings.Graphene has a typical layered structure that can be combined with polymer,its many super properties,which make it widely used in the field of electrochemistry.This paper aims to solve the solubility of polyaniline and improve its conductivity as the goal,based on the preparation of the high-solubility conductive polyaniline,we have studied the effect of graphene on the conductivity and dispersivity of polyaniline by the combination of graphene and polyaniline.First,the high-solubility doped polyaniline(PAMPS/PANI)by one-steep emulsion polymerization was prepared reported with poly(2-acrylamide-2-methyl-1 propane sulfonic acid)(PAMPS)as doping acid and emulsifier by utilizing its unique long chain,hydrophilicity,and strong acid group.The structure and properties of the final product were investigated and analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that in the best preparation condition of the reaction time is 5h and the polymerization temperature is 5?,the m(AN): m(AMPS): m(APS)= 1: 2: 1.5,the mass fraction of AMPS and APS are 20% and 30%,respectively,the yield of PANI is 86%,the electrical conductivity reaches 5.90S/cm and the solubility in organic solvent of DMF and water are 0.38 g and 0.21 g,respectively.Secondly,the multilayered graphene was prepared by liquid phase stripping method and the PAMPS/PANI/GR was prepared by in situ polymerization.The structure and properties of the final product were investigated and analyzed by Raman spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that in the condition of N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP)as the dispersant,m(Aniline): m(Graphite)= 1: 4,when the ultrasonic power is 30% and the ultrasonic time is 30 h,PAMPS/PANI/GR composites have the highest electrical conductivity of 7.23 S/cm;when the ultrasonic power is 30% and the ultrasonic time is 6h,the conductivity of PAMPS/PANI/GR composites is also up to 6.89 S/cm.The conductivity and dispersibility are better of PAMPS/PANI/GR composites compared to PAMPS/PANI.
