In today's world,with the rapid development of economy,the competition of mechanical products manufacturing industry is becoming fiercer,the manufacturing technology level is higher,and the product design cycle is getting shorter.Shearer is a mechanical,electrical,hydraulic as one of the complex machinery,rapid and efficient design of the Shearer to meet the needs of the market has become the key to the development of coal mining machine manufacturing enterprises.In the design of mechanical products,it is very important to reuse and deform the existing design.Therefore,the efficient use of design knowledge is essential to the design of coal mining machine.In this paper,the ontology model of coal mining machine design knowledge is constructed by improving the seven step ontology construction method.On the basis of the coal mining machine design knowledge ontology model,the knowledge base system and conceptual design system of coal mining machine are established,and achieve sharing and reuse of the shearer design knowledge.By analyzing and studying the composition and structure of shearer design knowledge,using the knowledge classification method based on design process,the coal mining machine design knowledge is divided into process knowledge,entity knowledge and reasoning knowledge.Though reduced and integrated the steps of seven steps,and add the steps of designing knowledge classification to design a five step shearer ontology modeling.On the basis of the classification of coal mining machine design knowledge,the design knowledge ontology model is constructed.Using the Protégé ontology modeling software to realize the construction of shearer design knowledge ontology.On the basis of coal mining machine design knowledge ontology model,put to use the ontology analysis technology and Jena to analysis of coal mining machine design knowledge ontology,the coal mining machine design knowledge which is stored in the OWL document is introduced into the relational database to form the design knowledge base of the shearer.With the help of dynamic network technology and database technology,the knowledge base system of coal mining machine is developed to achieve the design knowledge query,expansion,ontology download and other functions.In this paper,the method of calculating the similarity and relativity of ontology is applied to the calculation of the similarity of the coal mining machine to realize similarity calculation method of Shearer based on ontology semantic similarity.Firstly,calculate the similarity degree of the independent parameters,and then combine to the similarity of the independent parameters to calculate the similarity of the shearer.The concept design system of shearer is developed based on the knowledge base of coal mining machine design,and realization of the shearer query and reasoning.The development of coal mining machine design knowledge base system and the conceptual design of the system are based on ASP.NET platform,using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development tools,select C# as the development language,using SQL Server 2008 as the background database.In the process of testing and using the system,the system has a good interface,stable operation and reliable output.
