| To satisfy the nee of scraper conveyors to start steadily and run reliably,and also prolong the service life of related mechanical equipment,intelligent driving system has been widely used in fully-mechanized coal mining equipment.Hydro-viscous drive equipment is the key part in intelligent driving system.The double arc oil groove friction pairs have great effect on the flow characteristics and torque characteristics of hydro-viscous drive equipment,and they have an extensive application in the engineering.While when the oil groove structure parameters are taken into consideration,the numerical simulation is quite complex and repeative in the flow filed between the friction pairs,so the research of the effect of double arc oil groove on the torque characteristic are considerably limited.Therefor it is necessary to find a new way to study the double arc oil groove precisely and to aid the design of the friction pairs.The effects of double arc oil groove parameters on the output torque of hydro-viscous clutch were studied.The oil groove parameters optimization platform was built by iSIGHT software,integrating oil groove parameterized design,flow field numerical simulation,design of experiment and parameter optimization.And the double arc oil grooves parameters were optimized.The formation mechanism of oil film shear torque and the shocking torque was analyzed,and the mathematic model of output torque of hydro-viscous drive equipment was established.Influences of width of oil grooves,the number of oil groove pairs,the eccentricity,the inner diameter of eccentric and the depth of oil grooves on the output torque were analyzed.The results shows that output torque of hydro-viscous drive equipment in the oil film shearing stage are consist of shear torque and the shocking torque.With the decline of width of oil grooves,the number of groove pairs,and the inner diameter of eccentric,the output torque increases.And the output torque also rises with the growth of the eccentricity,and fluctuates with the variance of depth of oil grooves.Design of experiment was carried down by Orthogonal Arrays,and the approximate model was built by response surface model(RSF).The sensitivity of each parameter,main effects,and interaction effect were analyzed.The eccentricity and inner diameter of eccentric are sensitive parameters affecting output torque of hydro-viscous drive equipment and they have strong interaction effect.The optimization of double arc oil groove parameters was conducted to increase the output torque of hydro-viscous drive equipment by simulated annealing algorithm,and the optimal solution was found in the solution space.The platform integrating CAD,CFX,DOE,RSM and ASA can analyze and optimize oil groove parameters.It declines computing cost,improves design efficiency and provides a practicable solution and theoretical base for the oil groove design of friction pairs... |
