| The top drive is widely used in oil drilling and exploration,and its drilling string torque shows the working condition of drilling tools,and it is particularly important to study the test system.In this paper,a wireless test system of top drive torque based on top drive safety joint is studied according to the working characteristics and working environment of top drive drill string.The test system design,test system simulation specimen torque simulation experiment,test system sensitivity factor analysis,high anti-interference ability design and stability analysis were carried out,and the main research methods and conclusions include:According to the transmission path of the torque of the top drive drill string,the design of the simulated specimen and torque sensor test device was completed,the static simulation of the simulated specimen and the torque test device was carried out by ANSYS,and the surface strain test experiment was carried out on the simulated specimen,which verified the surface strain connection between the simulated specimen and the test device based on the safety joint design.The construction of the top drive drill string torque wireless test system and the simulation experiment of the top drive drill string torque wireless test system were completed,and the sensitivity of the top drive wireless torque test system in the working torque range of 0~39k N·m was 9.447 k N·m/V,the average absolute error of the top drive drill string torque was 0.014 k N·m,and the sensitivity calculation results of the top drive drill string test system for other working torques were 11.9k N·m/V,18.4k N·m/V and 22 k N·m/V,respectively.The six factors affecting the surface strain of the torque test equipment were analyzed in ANSYS static and modal analysis,and the sensitivity analysis model of the four key sensitive factors on the surface strain of the torque test equipment was established,and the sensitivity ranking of the four factors was obtained by using the Sobol sensitivity analysis method: outer diameter of the device> inner diameter of the device > The pull force > ambient temperature;The optocoupling isolation circuit,low-pass filter circuit and digital low-pass filter are designed to prevent electromagnetic radiation interference,improve the anti-interference ability of the system,and weaken the electromagnetic radiation filtering above 20 Hz by more than 64.6d B;the experimental torque test results are analyzed,and the system test results are within the control line range of the mean control chart and the range control chart,and the torque test system is stable.Therefore,the designed real-time wireless test system of top drive drill string torque based on safety joint provides basic research for top drive drill string torque test,which is of great significance for the future realization of top drive drill string torque wireless test. |
