As a kind of commonly used pipe, the difference between welded pipe and seamless steel pipe is that there are some differences in the microstructure, properties and mechanical properties of welded joints.Compared with the seamless steel pipe, welded pipe production equipment has light weight, less investment, low production cost, uniform thickness, high precision welded steel pipe production and production of mechanical performance and high level of automation, can carry out continuous production, high production efficiency. Therefore,it has become a big trend to replace seamless steel pipe with seamless welded pipe.Tension reducing unit is one of the important equipment of seamless pipe, its working principle is to pass through the frame forced extrusion pipe, the weld and base metal flow, according to the given rules in order to reduce the diameter of pipe pass at the same time, the longitudinal welded pipe applied longitudinal tensile force can be adjusted,so as to obtain the desired pipe diameter and wall thick, its characteristic is that it only needs to use the few specifications of the capillary, you can get all the products in the product outline. This paper puts forward the process means warm rolling pipe, using the method of theory, simulation and experimental study of the feasibility of hot rolling seamless pipe, discusses the design method of pass hot rolling seamless pipe in rolling deformation;calculation formula of velocity field and other rolling parameters based on stream function method;comparative analysis of the rolling force, rolling power and microstructure demonstrate the feasibility of warm rolling seamless pipe.
