the damage to children.These injuries mainly comes from the exothermic phenomenon under the influence of water hybrid CalciumOxide.Although in recent years,there are many replaced CalciumOxide desiccant silica gel desiccant slowly,but the price is relatively more expensive.So I hope through the research to find out new desiccant healthy environmental protection and low price.Through many literatures,found acrylic high absorbent resin could reach healthy environmental protection,low cost,good water imbibition,and can be industrialized production of a variety of requirements.In this paper,acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM)as raw materials,making it happen by using the method of ultraviolet irradiation polymerization,Sodium carboxymethyl starch(CMS)grafted onto the acrylic high absorbent composite resin.This experiment used two benzoin ether(BDK)as photoinitiator,polyethylene glycol two acrylate(PEGDA)as a crosslinking agent for the synthesis of CMS/P(AA-co-AM)super absorbent resin.And the amount of CMS,AM addition amount,the amount of BDK,PEGDA addition amount,AA neutralization degree and uv irradiation time do to elaborate the single factor analysis.The other by response surface analysis to optimize the experimental results,and to do according to the results of the optimization test,the optimal reaction conditions were obation as follows: The dosage of monomer acrylic acid(AA)was 0.60 g,The best mass ratio of carboxymethyl starch to AA is 1:11.3.Gelatinization distilled water dosage was 0.98 g,the degree of neutralization was 70%,the amount of photoinitiator(BDK)was 0.17%,the amount of cross-linker(PEGDA)was 0.54%,the amount of acrylamide(AA)was 36 %,the water absorption rates of the deionized water are 1770.89g/g,the water absorption rates of the normal saline solution are 65.13g/g.In the CMS system/P(AA-co-AM)based on the best technology of high water absorbing resin to characterize the composite high absorbent resin.By infrared spectroscopy(IR),differential thermogravimetric/analysis(TG/DTA),scanning electron microscope(SEM)analysis can more clear and intuitive understanding to CMS/P(AA-co-AM)high injectivity resin internal porous structure,and constitute the structure of chemical skeleton.To support the CMS/P(AA-co-AM)the cause of the high water absorbing resin water imbibition.In addition,test through the composite high absorbent resin bibulous rate of exploration,combined with the water absorption kinetics,accord with the process of water absorption of the composite injectivity resin second kinetic model equation.Same as the above test method and test analysis,Auricularianigricans as experimental material with acrylic acid/acrylamide graft polymerization reaction.At the same time using single factor method to explore the dosage of black fungus,AM jade usage,dosage,the dosage of PEGDA BDK,AA neutralization degree and ultraviolet illumination time on the influence of the composite injectivity resin bibulous rate,it is concluded that the optimal reaction conditions,and through the response in the face of jade for the amount of black fungus,BDK addition amount,the amount of PEGDA were analyzed,and further demonstrates the significance of its impact on water absorption,the optimal process optimization results are obtained.The dosage of monomer acrylic acid(AA)was 0.60 g,The best mass ratio of in distilled water best bibulous rate is 559.33 g/g;In 0.9 wt % NaCl solution,Auricularianigricans /P(AA-co-AM)composite high absorbent resin bibulous rate is 54.19 g/g.Test again by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis,scanning electron microscopy(sem)analysis of Auricularianigricans /P(AA-co-AM)analysis of composite high absorbent resin were characterized.Conclusion up to the high water absorbing resin macro water absorption performance characteristics.And the water absorption process dynamic model conforms to the second formula.Finally,the optimum conditions of the two kinds of composite high absorbent resin to hygroscopicity and toxicology test,In moisture absorption experiment,the preparation of composite high absorbent resin with common on the market of desiccant,silica gel,molecular sieve,montmorillonite in temperature 25℃,99% humidity airtight conditions hygroscopicity comparison,the results show that the hygroscopicity of CMS/P(AA-co-AM)> Auricularianigricans/P(AA-co-AM)> zeolite > silicone > montmorillonite,and significant difference. |
