Study On Legal Issues Of Soil Pollution Prevention And Control In Rural Areas

In recent decades,China’s economic development has made tremendous progress,but with the development of economy,the development of the rural land use behavior and strength is also increasing,which makes the soil facing a variety of serious threat,the pollution degree in drama.Therefore,the protection of the quality of rural soil,prevention and control of soil pollution in rural areas,to ensure the safety of soil resources in rural areas,has become the urgent task of environmental protection in china.China in 2014 of the "People’s Republic of China environmental protection law" has been revised,but on the soil pollution prevention and control of the content is very few,for the prevention and control of soil pollution in rural areas in China is still relatively weak.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of soil pollution in rural areas,the present situation of soil pollution in rural areas of China was investigated.Based on the analysis of laws and regulations on the prevention and control of soil pollution in rural areas,to understand the current situation of China’s soil pollution prevention and control law.At the same time,through the provisions of laws and regulations on the prevention and control of pollution from rural soil abroad,get inspiration for soil pollution prevention and control in China from the road,and based on the ideas of rural China’s soil pollution control legal system.
