Research On The Legal System Of Rural Water Pollution Prevention And Control

Under the continuous construction of the new socialist countryside,the rural economy is developing rapidly and the living standard of the peasants is improving day by day.At the same time,the problem of rural ecological environment pollution,especially the problem of rural water pollution,seriously restricts the sustainable development of new rural ecological environment.By studying the present situation of water pollution in rural areas in China,data analysis,including under the background of the outbreak of new pollution sources,a variety of main pollution sources of the rural environment,the influence of the environmental justice theory,sustainable development theory,ecological civilization theory and rural revitalization of theory as the foundation,put forward the current legal system of China’s rural water pollution prevention and control of water pollution prevention legislation on rural problems respond less,laws and regulations,supervision system and deficient public participation problems such as imperfect system,the water pollution prevention and control system more perfect the United States,Japan,the European Union,the typical developed countries and regions as samples,This paper summarizes and draws lessons from the advantages and experience of the legal system of water pollution prevention and control,and finally puts forward some countermeasures for the legal system of rural water pollution prevention and control in China,such as changing the legislative concept,improving the legal norms of rural water pollution prevention and control,improving the supervision system of rural water pollution prevention and control,and improving the public participation mechanism.
