The mine hoist is the throat equipment in mine transportation,and it is the important tool of the underground and the ground contact,and the safety and reliability of the tool is directly related to the normal production and personnel safety.The current mine winding machine mainly focuses on the single part of the finite element analysis,structural parameters optimization,and numerical simulation calculation and structure dynamics analysis on improving the hoist spindle device is still lacking.Aiming at researching the large mine hoist shaft device in this paper,firstly,the equivalent deformation under various conditions of stress and the maximum equivalent of the fatigue life of stress conditions are obtained,and the first parts of fatigue failure and parts the prediction of service life are found,through the analysis of the simulation of the large mine hoist shaft in several typical working conditions.Secondly the large mine hoist shaft and supporting wheels of hot charging process are studied by the thermo mechanical coupling simulation,and the temperature field of different interference conditions and the distribution characteristics of stress field are got,and the research methods and results provide theoretical support and guidance for the interference fit of hot charging process.Meanwhile,the large mine mainshaft device dynamics simulation analysis,calculate the speed limit at each mode,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the efficiency.According to the end of the large mine hoist,main shaft devices of the braking process are simulated and analyzed,calculated in distribution,brake disc,brake materials provide reference.Research methods and results of this thesis can be used for the different types of lifting equipment,which helps to improve the reliability of product design and product quality,and shorten product design period with certain economic benefits.
