With rapid developments of modern industry and science and technology,high-performance technology products,precision parts,machining efficiency,completeness and the stability of Engineering Indicators mass production need to get to a higher level.So it comes the advanced grinding technology.High-speed grinding technology as the inevitable outcome of the development of science and technology,accelerates the promotion of the development of modern precision machining technology.High-speed grinding is an advanced manufacturing technology in recent years which develops quite fast.It not only highlights the industrial strength and innovation capability of a country,but also reflects the comprehensive national power.Film lubrication vice is crucial structure in high speed roll grinding head,grinding high-speed,stable and accurate is to realize the important guarantee.In this paper,on the basis of the previous film lubrication vice,combined with the features of high speed roll grinding head,all the film lubrication of high speed roll grinding head for the structure design,and analysis of each structure related.First of all,according to the needs of the oil film research,through the research of high speed grinding theory,high speed roll grinding process parameters are calculated,including grinding force,grinding heat and grinding burn and grinding feed as well as the selection of the motor.The data basis for follow-up study.Secondly,in order to improve the structure and properties of film lubrication vice,respectively,with minimum total power loss under the conditions of the bearing capacity of the unit as the optimization goal for static pressure bearing;With oil film stiffness maximum static pressure cavity as eccentric set of static pressure cavity on the optimization goal,With the friction power loss minimum as the optimization goal for static pressure bearing;Using genetic algorithm to optimize structure design.Optimization structure shows that the structure of the oil film lubrication vice is not only the main performance greatly improved,and size also tend to be more reasonable.Then,to analyze the pressure distribution of oil film lubrication vice and bearing capacity,the Reynolds equation is derived and the dimensionless processing.With the tools of MATLAB precision higher science,each deputy oil film pressure distribution of oil film lubrication and carrying capacity of the finite difference method are studied,based on the analysis results show that the oil film lubrication vice pressure distribution is reasonable,and has strong stability.Finally,in order to analyze the temperature distribution in oil film lubrication,vice,and utilization of the elastic hydrodynamic lubrication,computational fluid dynamics and numerical heat transfer theory,the knowledge,to establish the total energy equation of oil film lubrication,vice,generalized Reynolds equation and viscosity-temain shaft and bearing heat conduction equation,and the oil energy equation,the heat convection in the MATLAB software programming,the joint equations for numerical solution,according to the result of solving the analysis of the temperature field of the bearing oil film lubrication friction pair.Paper designed a set of suitable for high-speed adjustable roll grinder grinding head system of the oil film lubrication vice,obtained under the high speed all the pressure and temperature distribution in oil film lubrication,deputy and carrying capacity and other related materials.To provide some references for our country to realize high speed roll grinder localization information.
