The CNC roller grinding machine is an indispensable production equipment in the modern industrial field,playing a crucial role in China’s industrial development.It is based on a high-efficiency and stable and reliable hydraulic lubrication system to achieve transmission and lubrication of various components.As one of the most important systems in CNC roller grinding machines,the hydraulic lubrication system directly affects the grinding performance of the entire grinding machine.This paper takes the hydraulic lubrication system of high-speed precision roller grinding machine as the research object.By referring to the existing technology of ordinary CNC roller grinding machines in China and based on the high-speed precision roller grinding head designed by our research team,a hydraulic lubrication system of high-speed precision CNC roller grinding machine is designed and its performance is studied.The work carried out is as follows:(1)By referring to the existing technologies of domestic CNC roller grinding machines,the main structures and functions of high-speed and precision CNC roller grinding machines were analyzed.The hydraulic working principles of each structure and the lubrication characteristics of different parts were studied.Based on this,the design requirements and technical parameters of the hydraulic lubrication system of the grinding machine were determined,and the overall plan of the hydraulic lubrication system was formulated.A schematic diagram of the hydraulic lubrication system of high-speed and precision CNC roller grinding machines was drawn,A hydraulic lubrication system for high-speed and precision CNC roller grinding machine has been designed,consisting of three hydraulic lubrication subsystems: spindle bearing lubrication and grinding frame hydraulic system,workpiece bed hydraulic system,and grinding wheel bed guide rail static pressure lubrication system.(2)Calculate and select the hydraulic components in the hydraulic lubrication system of the designed high-speed precision CNC roll grinder,laying a research foundation for the performance analysis,function verification and optimal design of the subsequent hydraulic lubrication system.(3)In order to better study the lubrication performance of the high-speed precision CNC roll grinder,the key lubrication parts of the grinding machine,the dynamic and static pressure bearing of the main shaft,the static pressure steady rest and the static pressure guide rail of the carriage,were selected,and the CFX platform in the ANSYS Workbench software was used to establish The oil film simulation model of these three parts is used to study the distribution of the flow field of the oil film of the main shaft hydrostatic bearing and the oil film of the hydrostatic center frame under different working conditions and structural parameters,and analyze the oil film flow of the hydrostatic guide rail of the carriage under normal working conditions The field distribution can provide a reference for the subsequent simulation research of the hydraulic lubrication system.(4)According to the schematic diagram of the hydraulic lubrication system,the simulation model of each hydraulic subsystem of the high-speed precision CNC roll grinder was established by using the AMESim simulation software.Simulation analysis is carried out in the model,and the simulation results show that the working pressure,flow rate and speed of hydraulic actuators in each system can meet the design requirements.In order to optimize the deficiencies in the system,the simulation results show that the performance of the optimized hydraulic lubrication system has been improved,and also verified the feasibility and rationality of the hydraulic lubrication system of the high-precision CNC roll grinder.
