Crude oil in China is heavy,petroleum and petrochemical companies in order to obtain high-quality oil,commonly used for oil catalytic cracking processes such as deep processing.Reaction-regeneration system as an important catalytic cracking refining aspects of their working conditions more severe,complex process,accidents have occurred,causing serious economic losses and triggered adverse social impacts.Equipment development has a certain accident chance,but more is composed of many risk factors lead to the inevitable.Petroleum and petrochemical equipment,periodic inspection is an important measure to prevent accidents,but the equipment risk is the likelihood of failure and the consequences of failure severity combination of two parts.The device does not distinguish between a uniform inspection,although to a certain extent,reduce the possibility of equipment failure,but blind test test will cause enormous human and material waste.In recent years,risk based inspection(RBI)as a test new technology applied to petroleum and petrochemical industry,and has been successfully applied in chemical plant RBI risk assessment of oil in the oil,CNOOC enterprises,but the existence of general database evaluation high cost,for the assessment of the poor,restricted its application in petrochemical industry.In this paper,the catalytic cracking refinery reaction regeneration system as the research object,risk assessments will be carried out on the whole production device macro concept applied in the analysis of microscopic evaluation of local production device,namely the risk identification of the main equipment of the device of the reaction regeneration system,repair using device maintenance and equipment to establish database as the main equipment,and then risk assessment the risk matrix method,and propose the RBI inspection repair plan and proposed risk control measures.According to the analysis of failure mode risk combination of two factors as well as the reaction regeneration system of main equipment,in order to reduce the accident or the likelihood of failure and accident consequence severity as the goal,to develop RBI reasonable repair inspection plan,in order to improve the inspection and repair of rationality,validity and economy,so as to ensure the safe and long time of catalytic cracking unit continuous operation.RBI according to the result of risk analysis,develop targeted,effective and reasonable test plan.To monitor and detect the different levels of the different risk levels of equipment,high risk of monitoring and periodic review,for low risk devices for sampling,the establishment of dynamic,hierarchical management mechanism,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.The test method can avoid blind detection,reduce the labor cost,time cost and inspection device maintenance costs,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and social benefits,is worth in the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,especially the application in the small refinery enterprises. |
