Fluid loss agent is a kind of drilling fluid additives,and it can be added to drilling fluids to prevent the water infiltrate into the ground,so it plays an important role on stabilizing the wall of well and preventing the completion loss and collapse well.With the development of modern industry,deep well and offshore drilling increasingly frequent.However,the heat resistance and salt tolerance ability of the fluid loss agent is limited.Therefore,The synthesis of the high temperature-resistant and salt-resistant fluid loss agent became a hot issue of the attention.Through the orthogonal experiment it can be seen that the optimum synthesis condition of AAI is: mAMPS?mIA?mAM=3?1?4,the optimum temperature is 65?,the optimum time is 6 hour,the optimum dosage of the initiator is 1.1%,the optimum pH is 8.The importance of all the factors for affecting the reaction was:(nonionic?anion)>(mAMPS?mIA)>(The initiator content)>(pH)>(reaction temperature)>(reaction time).The optimum synthesis condition of AAS is?mAMPS?mSSS?mAM=3?1?4,The optimum temperature is 50?,The optimum time is 5 hour,The optimum dosage of the initiator is 0.9%,the optimum pH is 9.The importance of all the factors for affecting the reaction was:(nonionic?anion)>(reaction temperature)>(pH)>(mAMPS?mSSS)>(reaction time)>(The initiator content).Through the FLHTHP,it can be found that the heat resistance of AAI up to 180? in the salt drilling fluids.When the fluid loss agent added to the drilling fluid,the fluid loss reducing significantly and the percentage of the fluid loss is more than 80%.It shows that AAI has the good ability of temperature resistance and salt resisting.The heat resistance of AAS is up to 220? in the salt drilling fluids.When the fluid loss agent added to the drilling fluid,the fluid loss reducing significantly and the percentage of the fluid loss is more than 90%.It shows that AAS has the superior ability of temperature resistance and salt resisting.Through the mixing experiment it can be seen that the best proportion of AAI and NO.1 humus acid is 1?3,the heat resistance of the mix fluid loss agent up to 180?;The best proportion of AAI and NO.2 humus acid is 1?2,the heat resistance of the mix fluid loss agent up to 180?;The best proportion of AAS and NO.1 humus acid is 1?3,the heat resistance of the mix fluid loss agent up to 220?;The best proportion of AAS and NO.2 humus acid is 1?2,the heat resistance of the mix fluid loss agent up to 220?.When the proportion as mentioned above,it can not only keep the good ability of use,but also can decline low cost.
