| Under the condition of existing technology,floating drilling vessel is usually used in deep ocean oil production.Floating drilling vessel will heave with the effect of wave,which can propel the drilling shaft up and down.However,normative oil production requires relatively sustained drill pressure and drilling speed according geology and other situation.The wave leads to bad influence in well drilling and even work stopping,which increases cost and reduce the efficiency.To ensure right drilling work,heave compensation system should be used in floating drilling vessel.On the basis of domestic and foreign relevant research,combining the advantages and disadvantages of various compensation mode,this paper designs a set of the heave compensation system based on draw works test apparatus.On the one hand,the system can complete the coupling of compensation movement and bit feed by decoupling principle of differential planetary gear reducer;on the other hand,it can reduce energy consumption of compensation by the combination of active compensation motor and accumulator.This paper designs and calculates the system parameters,the hydraulic system and electric control system of the test apparatus.It also carries out the system simulation based on AMESim software to optimize the design parameters and to compare the system energy consumption,which can provide reference to actual operation of the test device.Construct the test bed and research the experiment on the basis of the above work.The research shows : semi active draw works heave compensation system is feasible which can achieve compensation and bit feed at the same time;Active compensation motor with accumulator can reduce energy consumption of compensation;Compensation effect reaches expected requirements. |
