Grate cooler is an important equipment of new dry cement production process.It undertakes the task on cooling high temperature clinker in the whole production process of cement clinker,at the same time,It also has the effect of improving the grindability of cement clinker and recovering the heat of clinker.At present,there are many prediction and control theories in the simulation and application of grate cooler,such as BP neural network,support vector machine(SVM),least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM)and various forms of PID.These prediction and control theories need to set some parameters.The set parameters determine the prediction and control effect of grate cooler.The main work of this study:1.in-depth analysis of the new dry cement production process,the paper has a deep understanding about the development of the grate cooler and working principle.There are two kinds of control methods of grate grate pressure,and the most commonly used method is to control the grate pressure through the grate speed of grate cooler.According to the control target,the control scheme of grate cooler heat transfer control system is established,including the grate pressure setting system and the grate pressure control system.2.in order to establish the grate pressure setting system,firstly,particle swarm optimization algorithm and LS-SVM algorithm are studied.Aiming at the shortcoming of particle swarm algorithm,the paper proposed a new particle swarm algorithm(adaptive particle swarm algorithm,adaptive PSO).The superiority of the adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm is proved by simulation experiments.The pressure of the grate cooler setting system is built based on the LS-SVM algorithm of adaptive PSO.The essence of LS-SVM of adaptive PSO is that adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm optimizes the two parameters of LS-SVM,which gets the best two parameters,and then establishes the prediction model.The input of the prediction model is the current of the hoist,the tertiary air temperature and auxiliary temperature,and the output is the grate pressure.The practicability of the pressure prediction model established in this paper is proved by simulation experiments.3.in order to establish the grate cooler pressure control system,this paper analyses the principle of proportional valve of grate cooler.Then the mathematical model of the electro hydraulic servo control system is obtained by referring to the literature.The grate pressure control method is PID control method based on adaptive PSO.Its essence is to use the adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the parameters of traditional PID control method,which obtain the optimal parameters.The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper is better than the traditional method,that is,the speed regulation process is more stable and the adjustment time is short.4.The design of the grate cooler three level monitoring system,that is,field level,control level,enterprise management level.
